Items returned without prior authorization will NOT be accepted.
The returned item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Used products cannot be returned.

All returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method. Returns without tracking will not be processed.
Any promotional gifts included with your purchase must be returned along with the items. Otherwise, the retail value of the gifts will be deducted from your refund.
For exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping cost to send the new item, which may vary depending on the delivery address.
