If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition within 15 days of delivery. Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide our warehouse address and instructions.
Return & Exchange Conditions
Items returned without prior authorization will NOT be accepted.
The returned item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Used products cannot be returned.
You must include your receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method. Returns without tracking will not be processed.
Any promotional gifts included with your purchase must be returned along with the items. Otherwise, the retail value of the gifts will be deducted from your refund.
For exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping cost to send the new item, which may vary depending on the delivery address.

After receiving instructions from us, securely package the item(s) with the original packaging.
Ship the package to the provided return address.
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.
Refunds
Refunds are calculated based on the actual amount paid, accounting for discounts or sales.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If free shipping was applied, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
